The Lake has changed in so many ways in the past 40 years, however, Villas at Sunset Inn Resort has kept its small resort charm. It has been owned and operated by The Brenons since 1974. In the spring of 2019, the founding father, Lee Brenon, passed away leaving Mindy, Aimee, and Bruce's families in charge. In 2021, the reigns have passed to individual cabin owners, but the resort is still being run as it always has been and is now known as the Villas at Sunset Inn.

We pride ourselves in being a family friendly resort. You will not find another small resort on the lake like it. Most of our customers are repeat customers. Some have even been coming for over 40 years to our property. They are now bringing down their extended families and spreading the word to all their friends about this wonderful place.

We enjoy our location on the lake as we are not in the heavy traffic of Bagnell Dam, yet we are close enough by either land or water to enjoy all the lake's best attractions.
